Late night clean up (Strike) Teams
We are looking for people to join our strike teams for this upcoming fall season. You must be able to work confidently in a fast paced environment and in a team. This is a late night job usually starting between 9pm and 12am when the wedding or event concludes. We are often only given 1 hour to clean up flowers, candles and floral installations.
You would usually meet your team for the night at our studio in Driftwood to collect a van before heading to the venue. Your role would be to gather up any floral arrangements, carefully box up any glass wear like vases and candles and load them into the van. Dismantle any arches or large displays and clean up any floral ‘mess’ left behind.
Depending on the distance from the studio (Up to an hour and a half on some occasions) each job can take between 2- 4 hours total. You must be able to climb a ladder (never higher than 15ft) and drive a cargo van. Bonus points if you can drive a 16ft box truck and a scissor lift!
Rate: $150 per Strike

Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights (September-December)
Studio Reset/clean up
We are looking for someone to come in weekly during our fall season to reset the studio. After each event our strike teams return with all the items and flowers they have picked up. This role would involve flowers being cleaned up and trays removed, Candles cleaned and reorganized, Hard goods put away and buckets cleaned.
This role is perfect for someone who likes to work alone or in a small team. Someone who is very organized and has an eye for the small details… like spotless glass!
Rate: $18 per hour
